Adriana is the co-founder of The Golden Age and the person behind its vision, coordination, and care philosophy. With an academic background in Early Childhood Education, she combines professional training with a deep understanding of what families truly need.

She oversees the entire operation — from selecting and guiding caregivers to shaping the service experience for each family. While she occasionally provides care herself, Adriana’s main role is to ensure that every detail reflects the quality, warmth, and intention The Golden Age is known for.

Her hands-on experience and passion for child development are present in every part of the agency — not just in the activities children enjoy, but in the trust families feel.

Gonzalo Lopez

Gonzalo is the co-founder of The Golden Age and a driving force behind its structure, daily coordination, and personalized approach to care. With a background in Early Childhood Education, he combines practical experience with a thoughtful perspective on how children learn, play, and grow.

He supports and collaborates closely with caregivers, ensures the smooth operation of services, and helps tailor the care experience to meet each family's expectations. Gonzalo also continues to provide care personally, bringing active, engaging energy that resonates especially well with curious and high-energy children.

His leadership, creativity, and dedication to meaningful care are woven into the way The Golden Age operates — creating a service families trust and children genuinely enjoy.

  2. CPR & First Aid Certified: All of our sitters are certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring that they are fully equipped to handle any emergencies that may arise. We prioritize your child’s safety by ensuring that every member of our team is trained to respond effectively to medical situations.

  3. Ongoing Monitoring & Support: We provide continuous monitoring and support throughout the duration of each booking. Our team ensures that sitters adhere to our safety protocols and maintain communication with parents, allowing you to feel confident and informed.
